Reddit suspends accounts quite frequently. There may not be large-scale ban waves, but most long-time users have experienced having an account suspended at some point.
maybe it's not an active mass ban but something for sure it's changed recently.
Thanks for the advice, I usually try to do this, but what happened is very strange behaviour from Reddit.

It seems like an algorithm update. Nowadays, data processing became easy with the help of AI, so they probably processed user data to identify patterns for detecting fake accounts. It's difficult to survive if you spend less time on the platform and promote stuff.
Normal Mobile Network, no VPN, no Socks. It was a good long standing account, but most of the comments were promotions, as I'm sure they updated that part but still figuring out.

Then your normal post should be 10x higher than promotion posts. If you post back to back promotions, sooner or later they will shadow ban the account.

Reddit have become very strict nowadays and to prevent spamming on the Reddit, Reddit start rolling out updates through Reddit filters during which time Reddit spam detecting filters are highly active and ban the unmoderated subreddits and accounts that are used for spamming mostly in Grew Niches like adult, casino or iptv etc.

Yes, it is true mass ban wave accounts suspending, I think a big update in reddit.
