maybe it's not an active mass ban but something for sure it's changed recently. No, there’s no active mass ban wave on Reddit right now
Your bans are almost certainly from Reddit’s anti-spam system detecting ban evasion / multi-accounting. Using the same phone + same browser creates a strong device fingerprint, and even light promotion across accounts gets flagged easily.
Low activity doesn’t protect you if the system links the accounts. This is very common Appeals rarely work for linked accounts.
For future accounts: Use different devices, residential proxies, and anti-detect browsers. Warm them up properly with normal posting before any promotion.
Sorry this happened Reddit has become quite strict on this. Stick to one solid account going forward if possible
Did you use a VPN or a normal mobile network?same browser, same phone
Normal Mobile Network, no VPN, no Socks. It was a good long standing account, but most of the comments were promotions, as I'm sure they updated that part but still figuring out.Did you use a VPN or a normal mobile network?
Then your normal post should be 10x higher than promotion posts. If you post back to back promotions, sooner or later they will shadow ban the account.most of the comments were promotions
Reddit have become very strict nowadays and to prevent spamming on the Reddit, Reddit start rolling out updates through Reddit filters during which time Reddit spam detecting filters are highly active and ban the unmoderated subreddits and accounts that are used for spamming mostly in Grew Niches like adult, casino or iptv etc.Guys, Can somebody confirm, is there any Mass Ban Wave from Reddit? because my accounts got banned, same browser, same phone more than 5 months, consistent low activity and yes with promotion here and there.
