Since CPM is getting insanely high for both Telegram and IG, I thought - 'why not try pushing the traffic from elsewhere?'

So, I tried IG -> Telegram via IG mass dms. Focused only on pages based out of the US.

The specific test was done in the prediction market niche (something like Polymarket).

Sent out 10 000 mass dm's to targeted commentators and likers of a popular prediction market IG page.

Around 30 people joined the group.

By the looks of the Telegram accounts seemed to be out of Europe and the US.

What other niches do you think would potentially work better?

The way I see it - the niche has to be Telegram-friendly in order for this funnel to work.

Correct, though I have noticed that the funnel is less efficient recently as now you are required to push IG traffic to Telegram, and then from Telegram to OF. Each extra step reduced the conversion. Unless there is some more sophisticated set-up in the background (e.g. AI chatting) the conversions and results are far more limited than with e.g. e-com or chat-group based communication.
