Ad Account Banned.

There's nothing surprising about that with Meta's broken system, just create a new ad account

I'm dealing with the same issue myself and still can't figure out what's causing it, really really frustrating and exhausting

Hello Meta experts,
I need your opinion

I am running a FB ad for one of my clients.
His ad account is about 2 months old.
Here is what happened:
- For the first month, as soon as start running ads, his account gets banned.
- Then after talking to Meta support and their stupid AI, we were able to get the Ad account unrestricted.
- We started running ads, sales started coming in. We ran ads about 2 months on that particular ad account.
- Outta sudden two days ago, the acct gets restricted again without any explanations. This time we reach out to the support and they are saying they WILL NOT be able to un-restrict the account. This is final decision

I have no idea what caused meta to lock the ad account and FB support sucks.

The dude sells PENS so I am pretty sure we weren't breaking any policies or terms.

Should I cut our losses and just create a new meta ad account and start advertising through that.

I have been reading online and lots of people are saying we should WARM UP the account before using.
What does that even mean, how do you warm up the ad account without running ads?
Meta can be like this sometimes, and their review process has been getting stricter lately. It might not be issue with ur ad content. I suggest looking into things like ur payment method or account environment... too
By warming up the account, after you get the account, you start with a small budget using fully compliant creatives and landing pages. This helps the system see that you're following the rules and build some initial trust. In the long run, it can help keep ur account more stable

It does seem like Meta’s review systems have become more strict over time. Small issues related to account setup, payment information, or policy compliance can sometimes lead to restrictions

You should always use an Ad Account provider for this kind of funnel.

LOL listen to your story, i see that you have very little experience with meta ads, so you lack the experience to handle account suspensions and don't have backups to deal with the situation. A professional advertiser always has hundreds of backup ad accounts to replace when meta ads are scrutinized. Even if you're running a product that doesn't violate the rules, there's still a chance of your account being suspended. You should prepare more Business Managers (BMs) to open more ad accounts. :D

Meta typically evaluates accounts based on their reliability and overall setup, not just the products being promoted. For new accounts, a safe approach is to start with small campaigns, keep budgets moderate, maintain consistent activity, and avoid increasing budgets too quickly in the early stages.
