Hello Meta experts,
I need your opinion

I am running a FB ad for one of my clients.
His ad account is about 2 months old.
Here is what happened:
- For the first month, as soon as start running ads, his account gets banned.
- Then after talking to Meta support and their stupid AI, we were able to get the Ad account unrestricted.
- We started running ads, sales started coming in. We ran ads about 2 months on that particular ad account.
- Outta sudden two days ago, the acct gets restricted again without any explanations. This time we reach out to the support and they are saying they WILL NOT be able to un-restrict the account. This is final decision

I have no idea what caused meta to lock the ad account and FB support sucks.

The dude sells PENS so I am pretty sure we weren't breaking any policies or terms.

Should I cut our losses and just create a new meta ad account and start advertising through that.

I have been reading online and lots of people are saying we should WARM UP the account before using.
What does that even mean, how do you warm up the ad account without running ads?

Your content might be considered "gray" content; first, spend some money on completely white and safe ads and wait a few days for Facebook to mark the account as safe.
Then start displaying ads.

Just like uses to VISIT THE WEBSITE or something, instead of Sales ads?

welcome to Meta =)

selling pens doesn't matter if ur setup is flagged. likely a fingerprint issue or bad proxies/payment method.

don't waste time on a "final decision" acc, its dead. cut ur losses and move to a new one. warming up means running low budget engagement ads for a few days to build trust before hitting conversions. check ur anti-detect browser and use clean residential ips next time.

“Warm up” just means don‘t go aggressive from day one. Set up the BM properly, run small budget ads first, increase slowly, make the account look like a normal advertiser.
Also keep your setup stable. If you’re running multiple accounts, make sure they‘re properly isolated, otherwise they can get linked and banned together.

Warming up an ad account means building some normal history before pushing it hard. Make the page look active, use a clean landing page, set up the pixel, keep the payment method stable, and verify the domain if possible. New ad accounts often get hit when the BM looks unfinished or keeps changing. Same device, IP region, browser profile, and admin pattern matter more than people think. For client accounts, don’t mix everything in one browser. An antidetect browser like ours keeps each client in a separate profile, with separate cookies, proxy, fingerprint, and login state.

Certain assertive or guarantee-based wording in advertisements can lead to your account being suspended, regardless of the product you are promoting.

Meta restrictions are often related to account trust and setup quality, not only the product itself. For new accounts, warming up usually means running small low-budget campaigns first, keeping the setup stable, and avoiding aggressive scaling during the first few days.

I know but i found quite easy to do any creative with instant forms and have very big issues running on other methods you tried some new ways to baypass creatives on sales campaignes … i see old methods are bringing just spam and low quailty trafic with high cpl

Meta restrictions feel much more aggressive lately, even for normal products.
Sometimes it’s not the product itselfbbut account trust signals, payment history, landing pages, or sudden activity patterns triggering reviews

I’ve seen accounts get restricted even after running fine for weeks, at this point it feels like account stability matters almost as much as campaign performance on Meta

Create a test campaign using nature photos. After conducting the campaign and checking the costs, then develop a campaign according to your desired outcome.

“Warming up” means making the account look as natural as possible: fully set up the Business Manager, add the website and payment methods, enable 2FA, and avoid launching aggressive budgets right away.
Meta often bans new accounts even without obvious violations now, so many people simply create a new one and scale more carefully.

Most likely it’s not about the “pens” – it’s about account trust and the overall setup: BM / payment method / IP / activity.

If the account already got a final restriction, it’s usually not recoverable. In most cases, that’s a dead end.

“Warm-up” simply means not starting with conversion campaigns and high budgets right away. First you set up a proper BM structure, pixel, domain, then run a couple of days of low-budget campaigns (engagement/traffic) so the account looks like a real active advertiser.

And yes – stability matters the most. Any sudden changes (IP, payment method, creatives, sharp budget increases) can trigger reviews even on “clean” offers.

If the system already flags the setup as risky, it’s usually better to start fresh and build a clean infrastructure from the beginning.

Meta bans are getting much stricter now. Even small issues in setup, payment method or landing page can trigger restrictions very quickly.

Creating a new account might work, but I think you should use an ad account that already has a stable spending history rather than starting from scratch.

if your ad account was running smoothly for two months, then it was already well past the "warm-up" stage.
The fact that it suddenly got restricted is more likely related to something else, such as the browser you're using to access the account, your proxy/IP setup, the payment method, or even the ad content not suit with Meta's policy.
My advice is wouldn't spend too much time trying to recover ur ad account. Start with a new one, or work with a trusted third-party service.
