I am looking for the best SMTP server service for email marketing and I need a reliable SMTP provider for my business. I want a service that can handle both bulk email campaigns and transactional emails like OTPs, password resets, and notifications with good inbox delivery and high reliability. I have tried SendGrid & it worked for me better than any other. Delivery rate was good & its a solid software for bulk email sending.

Focusing on deliverability and reliability for both bulk and transactional is key. i've had solid results with sendgrid for that combo; their API is pretty straightforward for integrations too. for OTPs and notifications specifically, if you're already in a cPanel/WHM environment, setting up your own mail server with Postfix or Exim and a good IP reputation can be surprisingly cost-effective long term, especially if you're already managing WHMCS licensing. just make sure your disaster recovery plan is on point for that.

if you can get fully approved for sendgrid. then it is the best on the market. but what they ask for makes it hard to scale. Mailgun get suspended once you start sending bulk. any good service for bulk. anyone tried resend.com?

There is no single "best" SMTP provider. SES, Mailgun, Postmark, and SendGrid are all solid choices. In my experience, deliverability depends more on domain reputation and email practices than the SMTP server itself.
