How important it PA / TF / DA

If I was going to build a new site, I wouldn’t be worried about things like specific ranking factors. I’d be worried about building a solid foundation. Quality content, site structure, and page indexing generally are the most powerful factors initially. Keep making small improvements and give it time before judging the results.
PA/TF/DA these terms will gradually reflect as your website gets mature in webspace. All you need is a good website structure, content, website built for users rather to bots. Website should satisfy user search intent and behaviour which will help user's average time on website.

Those metrics are useful for getting a quick sense of a site but for a new website, relevance and overall quality usually matter a lot more since strong fundamentals tend to have a bigger impact on long term growth than any metric score

They are 3rd party metrics. They just give you an idea about site authority and trust scores. It's like driving next to a railway track and measuring your speed with reference to train's speed. Google won't give away these scores, so you can't check your speedometer. It's complicated but it's the only way to guess your website authority. So, it's a common practice to use them as a reference.

For a fresh website, content quality, internal linking and niche relevant backlinks are important. DA, DR, PA, CF, TF all these are third party metrics, Google not use them directly for ranking.

in my experience, organic traffic, niche relevance, and quality backlinks matter more.
