I have been running telegram ads and I have learned that audience targeting matters much more than the ad creative itself. The best result come from promoting offers that match the interests of specific channels and communities.

I would say yes but it really depends on the niche and the quality of your setup. I have seen good insights recently for crypto, finance ,SaaS and online education projects because Telegram Already has active communities in those spaces.
