I’ve been refining my GBOB (Guest Blog Outreach & Building) strategy lately, and I’m curious to see where the rest of the community is putting their energy this year. With Google’s latest updates.

my option is not here.
I will rely on free link placement on sites like web 2.0 medium and others high DA

I do not agree with the 5th point of links from PNB (Private Network Blogs which are mostly paid links. Try acquiring links from natural placements through content.

When it comes link research, l've noticed that many SEO professionals favor Ahrefs, while SEM-rush is recommended for reporting and competitor analysis. if SEO audits are you main focus, l'd test both to see which data your client find most useful.

In 2026, My focus is on acquiring highly relevant but quality links through outreach, editorial link or niche edits. Mian concern is relevancy among link building not acquiring spammy links from link farms or from expired domain which are built for selling links only. Another thing is to create topical authority on a topic with linkable assets so that people refers to my content naturally.

I'm paying more attention to relevance than volume these days A few links from websites that are closely related to a niche seem more valuable than a large number of random links I'm also finding that content which genuinely helps people tends to attract better link opportunities over time than content created purely for search engines
