Your websites will be getting penalized by govt, or sometimes google. you will need many gmail accounts, you will reroute domains all the time. and you will do all of this hiding behind a simple proxy. Its impossible to use tor. google won't let you even create an account.

so find a good proxy provider. and use linkensphere connect your accounts to different instances and you will switch basically every 2-3 months the domains. so you need a lot of proxy and alot of gmail account. also your system should be extremly good that your 301 migrations will transfer domain authorithy to new domains you switch so basically you should think every minor detail.
And the best tactic I can give is never target your own country. It will be a moment of notice to police knocking on your door. Yes, this can run legally... I would suggest getting a partner in a location where its legal and run everything from there using maybe a remote computer you can login.
As far as marketing I think you could do that on X .
I thought about doing this myself- Also YOU could market it as just a "dating site" but create some options so its super easy for the girls to join.
The women would need to actually pay to promote themselves as "dating" that way you can just take normal CC.
When marketing on X Just create accounts that say see more pics of me and book an appointment ... Which is a link to YOUR site.
Maybe don't get too greedy... charge like $5 or $10 for them to VERIFY.
