45k views is nice, but does this traffic convert? you have to test it.

it’s worth basically nothing rn. App buyers only care about net monthly profit multipliers, so unmonetized traffic = zero value.

If you want to sell it for real money, you need to monetize it first and show a few months of revenue history. But since your content is edgy (fights), standard AdMob alone will just ban you instantly or give you zero fill rate.

Your best bet is throwing an ad mediation layer on it.... so well, I use CAS.ai for my apps (i have game and videochat app) to automate the backend, but just find something that aggregates multiple networks. It forces them to bid against each other, and more importantly for your niche, if one strict network flags a fight video, another network instantly steps in to buy the slot so you don't lose cash.

Turn those 45k hits into $300-$500 a month first, and suddenly your app is actually worth a $10k+ flip. Don't sell it dry.

With 45k monthly traffic but no revenue yet, i'd say maybe low to mid 4 figures, depends how active the users are and where the traffic is coming from.
