I am working on Linkedin from a long time. I have been testing both personal profiles and company pages for LinkedIn content distribution. From my experience, personal profiles still seem to generate significantly more engagement, even when the content quality is similar. For those actively using LinkedIn, where are you seeing the best organic results right now? Are company pages still worth investing time into, or is it better to focus primarily on personal branding?

For organic growth, personal profiles almost always outperform company pages because people prefer connecting with a real person rather than a brand. A personal profile builds trust much faster and tends to get better engagement.

Overall, if organic growth is the goal, focusing on personal branding usually gives faster and stronger results, while company pages work better as a supporting asset rather than the main growth channel.
