i am trying to use reddit as regular user
but doing anything in day 1 is impossible and results in ban
how to avoid?
there must be a solution
not to waste 15 days to warmup as other say
i just want to be able to engage in subjects i am interested in
no promotion

You need to warm up the account; not for 15 days, but at least for a week, act like a normal user before you start advertising.
 
i think there is no way to avoiding a warming up phase or you can contact reddit support whenever you get ban, but if someone has solution please quote to my message

you're right but reddit spam filter insanely stupid so it can even ban a real user for "spamming"
 
if you are getting banned on day 1, means you have been blacklisted through a fingerprint of your shadow profile, you need to start over from scratch with a new setup and a antidetect browser, ip address, new phone probably
 
You shouldn’t try to post in subreddits during the early stages. Instead, focus on leaving a few thoughtful and appropriate comments.
 
there is no real shortcut around this
reddit is heavily automated for spam and new account abuse now so day 1 activity gets flagged fast

You should warm up your account in starting like scroll reddit feeds, like others posts, join communities and act like a real user. There is not a fix time for doing all these things to warm up, but it would be better if you do everything upto 7-8 days.
 
new accounts can be very sensitive to fast activity, so even normal engagement can sometimes get flagged as suspicious if its too rapid or pattern-like. question, is this the 1st time you got banned?
 
Reddit's ban system is pretty random honestly. New accounts can get banned for anything or nothing. But I've noticed that accounts trying to push services usually end up banned. Just use your account like a regular person, comment, interact, but don't promote anything in those first days
 
There’s no real shortcut. Most bans happen because a brand-new account behaves differently from a normal user. Try commenting, upvoting, and participating in a few communities for a while before posting frequently. A bit of account history usually helps.
 
You should avoid anything with strict filters like r/politics or r/worldnews. Go for low stakes subs like r/AskReddit, r/CasualConversation, or hobby subs that aren't heavily moderated. I had an account over a year old that got banned too. No links, no brands. BUT I was active in a few high risk subreddits, and that was enough to get it taken down. So you need watch where you hang out.

Also, you need to be like a bored human. slow and boring wins here. You can start engaging within a day or two if you keep it light.

Then you can purchase the already warmed up accounts that don't require 10 15 days warmup before using. Older the account sooner you can start posting and commenting from it.

false because i have purchased accounts from 2023-2024 and the moment i make the first post or comment it gets banned

Then you haven't bought a good warmed up account brother.

It might seem like the IP or device is blocked because of the instant bans or possibly also Reddit’s low account trust. The best approach is to participate normally and slowly.
 
If even aged accounts get banned the moment you interact, it sounds less like a "new account" issue and more like Reddit has flagged something tied to your device, network, or account history. Genuine users normally can comment on day one, although some subreddits have karma and account-age restrictions. Slow, natural participation and building trust is usually the safest path.
 
Buy an aged account, set it up in an anti-detection browser (adspower, linken sphere, dolphin), and use a proxy for each account (especially if you've already been banned from your IP address). Be a little active for a couple of days without starting new threads or posting promotional comments.
