When starting a new blog I think it's important to keep things simple in the beginning I'd focus on choosing a topic that I genuinely enjoy writing about and then create a few useful articles before worrying about traffic or monetization A lot of new bloggers get caught up in themes plugins and other technical details but in my opinion having helpful content from the start makes a much bigger difference

My advice would be choose niche in which you are confident that you will provide best information to your audience than anyone else in your competition and this is the primary thing you should do. Other things like how to get started is secondary.

don't worry about finding niche. i would suggest you to pick niche in which you have proper knowledge. to grow your site you have to post qualityful content with consistency. you may take help from ai to create your content. don't copy paste just take idea then write it by yourself.
 
Don't worry too much about competition. Almost every niche has competitors. Focus on finding a specific angle or audience you can serve better, then build from there.
