Hello guys!
Ive been on BHw for a very long time, following and reading all these threads. Finally im thinking to start my own....for motivational purposes.

Long story short - From all my years in IM i managed to gather over 200.000$ spare capital. I bought an apartment, car and lived good. I made a big misstake 2024, and invested ~ 100.000$ in a Ecommerce store, I lost it all and went into bankruptcy including the business, put my family in risk, sold my car, sold my apartment and yea, everything went upside down. Im currently in the road to get back to were i was. Im a typical guy that never gives up, even when hard times come i keep going. My mind is always on money and how to get as much as possible. My future dream is to move to Spain, get a good house and life off Online cash, several income streams -> invest in appartments or with friends who already run business in Spain.

Im in a few niches atm, Casino (affiliate), Adult (affiliate) and now starting my App journey.

I will update once a week, my plan is to develope several apps and see which hits and miss. I dont plan to build 1 and put all focus on it. Im thinking like : put out 50 apps, some will be a hit.

Research: So my plan here is to watch both IOS and Android play store and check which apps are super popular, do a "somewhat" clone but still not identical and release.

For Visibility, my plan is to do same as " SEO " but for apps, title, describ etc. Also Tiktok accounts with Ai videos to spread the info about the app.

The things i will be doing past these months

I wont spoil exacly what my apps are to not build competiton. But my focus is to build somewhat Solution apps, meaning if you have a problem, that app will be a good solution for that typical case. Could be like a Medicine app to keep track of the medicines... For example ( Its ok i wont build that, you can steal the idea ;) ) . but you get the idea.

So far 1 app is in test phase with 9 Days left on Hive onboarding as Android requests that for new accounts. But the Feedback ive got is really good, my 2 friends keep asking when its coming officially out, so i guess its already a demanding app? :D

My ultimate dream for this journey is that i manage to reach my goal ( 5000$ monthly) by end of the year....Fingers crossed!

Green color - Done
Red color - Not done

- Get a Developer account on Google play store
- Get an android phone to try my app
- Get into Hive onboarding
- Get 12 test developers for my app
- Launch my first app

- Get a Macbook to run IOS apps for App store
- Get an IOS Developer account

Current Revenue from apps: 0$ / $5000 per month

Total apps made 1/50

Apps will be One-time purchase or Sub payments to generate monthly income

I hope you guys will get some motivation to start your career too. If you got any questions ....let me know!

Update:

Got a Macbook Pro 2019 for $150.
Apple developer account also.

New update next week :)

Wish you best of luck with your journey , keep us updated with your journey .
I am sure you will be able to reach your goal , will follow this journey

I'm looking forward for updates. Seems keep up the work man, it's good that you did not give up after bankrupcy.
Now you'll come back even stronger and better.

hi guys,
so first app is sent for review at IOS. waiting for approval. my friends keep asking for it now so i hope it gets approved today or tomorrow.
On android version, im still 5 days left untill i can public it on Android store. The Hive community is gold when you need testers!

Im building a new app atm ( yes im quick on the train :D). This one is for kids. My daughter keeps asking me to buy her a painting app for kids...........price? ......$69. Nope!

So im currently in the phase getting everything ready for it. Claude has helped me alot.

Updating more next week!

I love reading such journeys. You made mistakes (and those were big mistakes and risks) and yet you're not giving up, that"s what I call a solid guy

thanks! yes, very big. i learned my lesson...it is what it is. i cant turn back now. I have to look up, thanks for your words.

respect for getting back up after taking a serious hit in ecom. the app portfolio approach makes sense if you're willing to accept that many of them won't work. one app rarely changes everything, but enough testing across enough ideas can eventually reveal something worth scaling.

the key will probably be speed without getting sloppy. shipping fast is good, but app quality and user retention still decide if anything sticks.

Hi guys,
Update week!

Ive released officially the first app on both Android + IOS stores. yey! all 14 days on the google play store is done so im officially done with that.

The other app was a Kids app, released on IOS so far, waiting on android, i did not spend TOO much time on it, 10 days total since last post? , since i know if i start looking att minimal stuff, i can be stuck on there for weeks! the app is mostly Ipad app, since many kids use ipads nowadays.
Payment is a little diferent than the first app, I choose to follow @nakamura here, I did 3 plans, 1- Monthly, 2- Yearly, 3- Lifetime. Lets see how that goes!

Focus App #3.

So as i said, im trying to pump out as many apps as i can. Not spending too much time on every app, but still ofcourse make them good.
My plan is to create another app, either for humans with issues, meaning stress, training etc. or Kids app in a different category. Im not sure yet...but ill think of it till friday!

I think a problem solver is usually the best to sell anything on.
See you soon guys

Don't allow the money that was lost at the E-commerce store business keep you down. Stay motivated and best of luck.

Good luck with your journey, did you use any AIs for making the apps?

damn putting 100k on ecom is big mistake , hope you will recover from it , also i will follow this journey , btw not planning to release apps on aptoide and similair app stores ? and adding ads to make money
