Hello everyone!

I am looking for some help for some problems regarding the payment for listings on Marketplace. I have attached bellow the proofs:

On the first picture, after I added the details of credit card ( no verification ) do not let me click on publish, to continue with adding the credit card details, maybe is because of user?

On the second picture, after I added the details of the credit card, I received the sms code, I added and appear that it can t be verified. I did this on another facebook account and worked ( I used another credit card, not the same ).

What should I do?

Thank you so much!

The error lies with your Facebook profile; it's currently malfunctioning, preventing you from successfully adding a credit card. Sometime the profile fb get it, that's why u done on the second fb account
so i think u shoild to pay one time tmr

Hey, honestly, this always boils down to either the cards themselves or your overall setup trust.

First thing to check: use high-quality, trusted cards. Second, your card GEO and account IP must match. That’s usually the golden rule. If it’s still blocking you, something’s flagged as high risk. Might be a bad IP, a low-trust account, or it was created on a trash proxy.

i think your account is getting a temporary block or flag, maybe wait for some time and try another card, sometimes it gets solved like that.

I have the same error... the credit card is added and verified with SMS, but I can't publish it, because facebook do not let me click the publish button... I really do not understand..
YourFB profile likely has payment verification issues; try again later or use another account/card.
I tried another card and still the same issue...facebook do not let me click the publish button... I really do not understand..

I have credit card from a bank account real, not fake or something ... not virtual, maybe to be the socks/ip/proxy problem?

Your Facebook account has been flagged; you need to review your account information.

The problem might lie with your account.

You should change to a different bank card or switch accounts.

You need to change your account because Facebook doesn't trust it, and also change your bank card

You need to change card

I changed the card and still the same problem, the account can t be flagged because was not working from the first time of first listing..

Please double-check your account information to see if it's verified, or it might be flagged.

If the card passes SMS but the "Publish" button stays dead, it's just a front-end script glitch, not a ban.
Don't change your card. Just open Facebook Ads Manager in a separate tab, link that exact same card to your billing profile there, and then go back and refresh your Marketplace page. The button will unlock instantly.

Damn, that’s sucky. If Ads Manager wasn't pushing it, then Facebook's anti-fraud system is subtly shadowbanning your browser or IP. It is allowing you to add the card but freezing the last action because it does not trust your setup.

Take a break from your PC. Log into the account using your phone on mobile data (turn off your home Wi-Fi completely). Try to publish it from the app FB. If it passes, your PC’s browser fingerprint will be flagged and you’ll need to clear everything or use an anti-detect browser like AdsPower.

I use exactly ads power anti detect.... maybe is the ip?

If you are already on AdsPower, it is 100% your proxy. Facebook immediately blocks payment triggers on flagged or cheap IPs.
Change it to a new 4G/5G mobile proxy or a good residential proxy. Also, don’t over-tweak your AdsPower profile settings; sometimes too many custom spoofing settings make you look even more suspicious to FB’s system.
