In India, regulations remain quite strict, especially in financial-related areas like foreign exchange. Compliance with regulations and advertising content is now much more important than it used to be.

Advertising regulations in India remain quite stringent, particularly around financial products like Forex. Starting with thorough compliance checks regarding RBI guidelines and ASCI codes is essential; consider focusing on educational content marketing and influencer collaborations initially rather than direct paid ads. You might find success demonstrating clear disclosures and user benefit within your campaigns.

my review on this, I have personally tried running ads for forex broker in india, the provider who provide me verified agency ads account, i can say that ads were running easily and I wasn't found any issue at all, I know all rules and regulations doesn't allow you to run forex broker ads, but still you can run, but the only problem I faced is related to lead quality. you may get better quality of leads if you have good experience of campaign creation and targeted keywords selection, this could be the drawback of my campaign, however I suggest, you should run ads with small budget and test.
