For images even NSFW ones the best is genfluence AI. For videos you can use grok or mid journey.

As I've said genfluence is for images only. For videos mid journey and grok are more effective. Genfluence is a website with two prompts; the first prompt is what you want in the image created and the second prompt what you want to exclude from the picture. For example freckles could go on the second prompt and be removed from the end picture.

Yeah I forgot to answer that. It's paid. I don't know about the trial thing, I had gotten a referral from another person on it and I saw him using it, therefore, I paid for a couple of images just to test it. From my experience it's good but you're free to go at genfluence's AI site and email them in order to try out their service if they have one.
 
For images Midjourney still gives the best overall quality imo. For videos Veo 3 and Runway are way ahead right now.
Most of the magic is still in prompting + editing though, not just the tool itself.
 
How about NanoBanana Pro? Given a quality prompt, it creates highly realistic pictures
 
Higgsfield AI: AI Video & Image Generation, No Limits. I'm use this tool and it's amaizing
 
For image generation, maybe you can try the Nano Banana model in Gemini Pro. For video generation, try Seedance, I've seen good results online.
 
For generating images with AI, Nano Banana from Gemini is probably the best right now, but man, the new limits are absolutely ridiculous with how much it eats through. After that, there's Grok which is pretty solid too
 
If you're not happy with Kling, Krea, or Leonardo, try Google Veo 3.1 next (through Google Labs or flow). A lot of people say it's currently the best overall for quality and realism in 2026.

Runway Gen-4.5 is also worth testing if you want more creative control and editing tools.

Since money isn't an issue, check Higgsfield.ai. It gives you access to multiple top models (Veo, Kling, Sora etc.) in one place so you can compare easily.
 
Midjourney v7 is my go to for the images , its pretty dope and I have tried bunch other but nothing goes as good as this
 
My experience has been that there isn't a single "best" AI anymore... Midjourney is still excellent for artistic and stylized images, Gemini has improved a lot and can do real world images well. But be sure to describe in detail what you want, maybe use ChatGPT to write a detailed prompt for you, as describing well what you want often beats a very capable model, but for which you did not provide enough info.
Also, a small behind the scene info: if you enter into an image model a very undescriptive prompt like: "a cat on a chair", it will actually use its textual counterpart to hallucinate a very descriptive scene in textual form and feed that text as the prompt for the image model. This is how you will get a result with not just a cat and a chair, but also a background and some other objects around it...
