Bulletproof/safe/offshore domain registrar (for .coms)

Can anyone genuinely recommend a good domain registrar that would be close to "bulletproof"?
I understand that .com cannot be fully bulletproof.

But... this is mainly what I need (at least):

• registrar will warn me about complaints
• won't put "clientHold" status randomly just by receiving one complaint and will allow me to transfer out.

Ideally - they shouldn't react to any complaints at all.
But, I know ICANN rules can be strict.

PRICE DOESN'T MATTER.

why does it have to .com? you can still get good SEO without the .com suffix
