What is hot in China now is GEO experts. It is not that SEO is overlooked, it is because you did not come to the right place.
If you are interested in SEO and would like to focus on it, you can apply for such jobs in digital agencies;
If you have all those knowledge sets, you can apply for a more macro position like digital marketing executive or manager or social media manager. SEO alone is a bit too niche for HR and a bit too technical. Focus on the results and the changes you can bring to the brand/sales and the money you save from SEA, they would value your efforts more.
