Post the funniest scenes in movie history

I mean, about 50% of all Jackie Chan's movies and 95% of Seinfeld scenes are funny as hell, so I'm not sure you want me to do this as I'll get banned for spamming :)
Seinfeld's TV - but Jackie's always welcome.

very well... here are 2 that I can think of the moment... there are 3 actually, but the 3rd one I can't find on YT, and I don't think I'll find it elsewhere, so I'm skipping it for now

So anyway, the 1st one is from the movie Winners and Sinners (also known as My Lucky Stars 1, I think there are 3 parts in this series). And this scene is from the last fight of the movie, the entire scene is funny IMO so it's worth watching start to finish, but - in case that you don't want to do that - then the 3:35 mark is where the giggle is:

The 2nd scene is from the movie Wheels on Meals (1984), one of my favorite JC movies of all time...

In this particular scene, Jackie Chan and his buddy (Sammo Hung, the guy with the long ears cap) are trying to get into a castle to save a damzel in distress sort of thing, and the hilarious part (well, one of many in this particular sequence of scenes) is at 8:03 when they're trying to split up so they can find their destination easier.

But I find that the fun of this scene is amplified by the numerous smaller (but still funny) parts leading up to this scene, so I've included those smaller parts too, which is why I've timestamped the videoclip to about 1 minute earlier than the fun part (which - like I said - is at 8:03)

Also note that - while these scenes are not belly-aching type of fun - considering that Jackie Chan's movies are mainly action movies, the funny parts are - again - amplified because of the nature of these movies (you don't see comedy in most action movies, which is why these scenes are funny when they pop outta nowhere)

Note: the translation is not very good, but you can overlook it as - as with most Jackie Chan's comedy scenes - the comedy part comes from the action itself, not the translation, so try not to be bothered by the inaccurate translation too much!

The 3rd scene I was having in mind (if anyone can be bothered to look that up) is from Police Story 2 (I believe) and it's the scene in which Jackie and his girlfriend (Maggie Cheung) are quarreling inside of the police station's showers, with Maggie being so pissed off that she's storming the men's showers to scold Jackie, everyone being naked and everything, trying to hide wherever they can :)

EDIT: found the 3rd scene, it's indeed from Police Story 2, and starts at the 35:15 mark if anyone's interested in finding that movie to watch this scene. It's both sad and funny simultaneously, so yeah...

Definitely Beverly Hills Cop ❤

Serge's character was actually put together by Pinchot himself... and he didnt reveal the accent until the cameras started rolling...so the scenes were pure comedic chemistry.
And he was so funny that the Art Gallery scenes had to be shot many times because Eddie, the crew and the staff behind kept laughing...We will never have actors like them again. Long live the 80s ❤

A reminder that I am the resident Film Snob and if you post stuff from, like, Scary Movie or Vampires Suck then I will abuse my authority and warn you.

I have something for you too man : D

Wow.
When Harry Met Sally is true comedy.
That line wasn't even in the script.... it was Billy Crystal who came up with that and Reiner had loved the idea so much that he put his own real life mom to say that line.

To me, Reiner was a very underappreciated director of his time.... 3 yrs later he did A Few Good Men... another masterpiece... but Clint Eastwood won the Golden Globe for best director and there were some serious debates about this back then because many people believed that Reiner deseved it more.

Just taking this opportunity to leave his lovely name on the BHW.
Rob Reiner ❤ Genius Director
May he rest in peace
