A net friend remotely controlled my computer. I don't know what was installed. I randomly entered a "US" and a bunch of ID photos popped up. I wanted to know what was going on.
 
Whatever it is probably not safe for your Pc, it may steal your valuable data.
Why didn't you ask your net friend about this. Strange..
 
What do you mean by US? Did you change country code or entered US on search box?

Where did the photos pop up? In image gallery or browser?
 
nobody can answer accurately with just "i typed US and ID photos appeared." context matters. was it windows search, a browser, remote desktop software, a website, or a file explorer window. screenshots and timeline would help. otherwise people will just be guessing in the dark.

I guess his PC got installed by some malware or something, its not related to what he typed "US", probably if he typed any letter or word it would have shown the same result.
