Hey everyone :)
I’ve been tracking my PPC performance and clearly seeing a pattern — most of my conversions happen between 7 PM and 10 PM. Outside of this time, results are noticeably weaker. Right now my budget is being spent evenly throughout the day, so a good portion is going into low-performing hours. I’m trying to figure out the smartest way to fix this.
Should I completely remove or reduce ad delivery during off-peak hours, or is it better to keep running all day and just adjust bids to push more spend into the high performing time window?
Would really appreciate your experience on this.

Yes, try running some tests. First, try turning off the ad completely and quickly spending the entire budget during peak hours, then check the conversion rates again.

I’d reduce bids or pause ads during low-performing hours and shift more budget toward the 7–10 PM window where conversions are strongest. Usually it’s better to start with ad scheduling and bid adjustments first, then fully cut off weak hours only if they consistently don’t convert.

Keep running all day and just adjust bids. Don't think about your competitors too much

it usually makes sense to lean into that pattern instead of spreading budget evenly. You can either set ad scheduling to prioritize those hours or use bid adjustments to push more spend there while still keeping a lighter presence during the rest of the day.

This is pretty normal in PPC, Dont fully stop ads outside hours, just lower bids there and focus more budget on 7-10 pm where your conversion are strongest.

Adjusting bids during peak hours is usually safer than fully cutting the schedule since you still keep valuable traffic flowing.

It’s possible that your competitors are outspending or suppressing you during the rest of the day, and your campaign only gets some breathing room during this specific window. They play dirty as hell behind the scenes, so be extremely careful.

I usually just lower bids off-peak, keep ads running. Cutting totally can miss random wins.
