Search terms look relevant but conversions still weak.

In my experience, relevant keywords alone don't guarantee sales. The ad, keyword, and landing page need to match the same intent and promise. Sometimes search terms look highly relevant, but the user's intent still isn't strong enough to convert. Even a small mismatch between what they expect and what they see on the landing page can reduce conversions.

Also, don't forget that conversion rate is influenced by the product, service, and pricing. Good traffic can generate clicks, but people still need a compelling reason to take action.
 
I also feel offer pricing can be a problem. If values is not clear in first few seconds, users leave quickly.
