Even with the tools all platform do go through manual reviews that will get the account banned
Be ready to have lots of account for backup

No one can give an actual time for the longevity of accounts

I am using Traffic Armor and Just Cloak it and they work pretty fine

Just Cloak It is the best tool for this job. I can't say how much the accounts last because it depends on how you use them/what are you doing with them.
 
the important step is the switching and accounts. You can try a few different cloakers
some will give better results
others will be shit

But at the end of the day you'll notice you need quality accounts

Every Good cloaker does the job. if your setup and white page is good. Currently I am using trafficguardian for my ads and working well for me so far.

Even with cloaking, there's no guarantee. TikTok's reviews keep getting stricter, so account quality and risk management matter just as much as the tool you use.

I am using TrustCloaker for my ads, and it has been working well for me. In my experience, account setup and proper warm-up matter more than the cloaker itself. Almost any good cloaker can do the job if the setup is done correctly and you know what you're doing.
 
I've seen more accounts die from bad setups than bad offers. Longevity is the hard part
