I've spent some time looking at the subscription-based digital products and services space, and one thing I've noticed is that most discussions focus on getting customers.
What I don't see discussed as often is what resellers actually want from the supplier side.
I'm considering becoming more involved on the provider/supplier side of things, so before going too far down that path I wanted to hear directly from resellers.
For those who resell software subscriptions, creator tools, social media related services, digital access products, or similar offerings:
What makes you stay with a provider long-term?
What are the biggest mistakes providers make when dealing with resellers?
If pricing isn't the only factor, what matters most to you? Stability, communication, support, consistency, response time, something else?
I'm interested in understanding this from the reseller perspective because it's easy to focus on rates and completely miss the things that actually matter to people you're working with.
