Check your Revolut - they're giving out free gift cards for Amazon

I just got an in-app notification from Revolut that I can redeem some gift cards from Amazon and other sites.

I thought the max they give is likely 5-10 EUR, but to my surprise, it is 125 EUR instead, so free money basically, and I don't think I use Revolut this much to get such a high amount of gift cards.

I'm sure some of you can get even higher since it is capped at my points. Worth to check regardless:

Speaking of Revolut, how are they? Bunk is really popular here and I've heard nothing but horror stories.

Lots of folks seem to be banned from Revolut. I have heard horror stories too, but after years of use, I haven't had a single issue with them... at least nothing major that I could remember.

Fees, of course, are outrageous. I pay 15 EUR a month for personal + 35 for business.

Unfortunately in my country it's not worth it, in local currency
For me it's still worth it for airline miles
Besides Amazon, there is Airbnb and other brands, maybe worth it in EUR or USD
 
I don't understand this post.
You're buying the gift card for your Rev points. You are not getting anything for free.
You're using your Rev point that are meant exactly for that, with a very poor conversion rate: 125/17500 =0.00714. That is less than 1c per rev point.

You can get a flight from Europe to the US for 16500 Rev points. That comes out to a much better value.
The rule of thumb is that 2c per rev point or more is a good conversion. less than 1c per rev point is terrible.

There are so many offers there I didn't check them all.. Food deliveries, flights, bookings... whatever.

I don't need any of those to be fair.

Nor do I need these rev points; I don't even know how or why they give these to me, as I seldom track anything like that. I'd still use Revolut if they didn't give me any points at all.
