Most cloaking campaigns get exposed because of inconsistency different content for users and bots, messy redirects, or unstable setups. In general, cloaking is risky, and small mistakes make it easy to detect.

Nowadays, with google AI tools, you need a really good safe site to bypass google review. Most of accounts die at review state, not even reaching the cloaking stage. They die cause the safe site is shit, which is easily being flagged as malicious. Also, some keywords trigger deeper reviews, and if your safe site does not justify advertising these keywords, your ad/account will be suspended

Never use any frontentd javascript for any cloaking task, not even setting up urls or any apparently harmless function

Never use only one trigger. For example never cloak based on only user agent or IP. Combine several triggers. Otherwise manaul reviewers will tell.

Don't make it 100% deterministic, that's a huge red flag. Turn your cloaker off at random times throughout some days. E.g. if you don't sell much on weekends, turn it off
