Microworkers used to be my go-to for this kind of thing. You can create tasks for Telegram joins, follows, likes, app installs and pretty much anything else

I ve also seen people use SproutGigs (formerly Picoworkers) because the volume is decent and tasks get completed pretty quickly

Just keep in mind that the traffic quality is usually terrible if you’re planning to use it for anything beyond social proof. Good for boosting numbers, bad for real engagement

I think from my experience sproutgig and timebuck is the best
Timebuck is full of low quality submissions but has huge user base while sprout has more quality users/submissions

You can do a good job with ClickWorker, but sometimes it shows users irrelevant ads besides the ones they're interested in, and this reduces conversion rates..
