Hey guys,

So im kinda new to Google Ads and running a small completely whitehat project in the video games niche. Nothing crazy or against the rules, just legit stuff.

The problem is theyre forcing this organization verification and asking for documents now. I really dont want my real personal name showing up in the "About this advertiser" thing at all. Feels kinda exposing for a small project like mine.

Was wondering what people are doing these days in 2026 if they care about privacy but on a small budget?

- Agency or MCC rental accounts still the best move?
- LLC in some states actually work good for hiding name?
- Or is DBA enough to keep personal name hidden?

Im not making much money yet so monthly rental fees matter a lot. Just trying to figure out the smartest way without getting my name out there.

Any real experiences or advice would be really appreciated. Thanks bros.

I wouldn't mess with rented accounts for a legit whitehat project. Too much risk if the account owner changes something or loses access.

If privacy matters, an LLC is usually the cleaner long-term option. A DBA alone often won't give you much separation. For a small project, I'd focus on getting properly verified rather than looking for workarounds.
