Besides Nicenic or RegistryAu, as far as I know, you can consider Cloudflare Registrar or Namecheap for secure domain management. Cloudflare has always been known for its Layer 7 security and no extra fees, minimizing the risk of interference. To handle issues like duplicates or system fingerprinting, I recommend using WHOIS Privacy and paying through different methods for each domain cluster to ensure absolute privacy

I keep repeating myself, there is no such thing. If they want your domain down and have the legal means to do so it will be done.
Cloudflare will eventually also reveal the real register and hosting, look up the entire domain history of Piratebay.
.com, .net etc are out of the question
.to (Tonga) isn't a bad option yet if they want you down they will as bulletproof does not exist just a more relaxed "Register" that isn't as tight as others and cares a little less.

Piratebay has moved domains for ages but settled on a different torrent setup such as one being not hosting the actual files, they went to court for this and so on.
You are most likely flying under the radar and it's not all THAT serious, what I said is "NO domain extension and provider are bulletproof"
I started out in the torrent industry, warez etc I also own a huge portfolio of domain names.

Thepiratebay.org is alive and well. The original domain. You clearly are NOT experienced (or even remotely informed). It fell under risk of being seized by US law enforcement in 2012- and these attempts failed. 22 years and counting. No problem at all, happy to help @Waddup.
I've been notified of at least (from memory) 6 seizure notices via court order, including those from MET UK and US state courts. I still own these. They still don't know who I am. And Shin, as I said, used the paperwork for kindle.

Piratebay has been through court, owners got jailed, a whole pirate party was setup, tons of proxy domain names used and they are now operating in a grey area.
