As the title suggests, I have gathered a database of various micro-influencers (5-50k) and divided them in their respective niches (beauty, tech, crypto, real-estate, fitness, etc.). How can I monetize these?

In the case they post similar content; you can let an agency know that the users all post similar style posts; and possibly they might be able to use it for outreach.

What does your database consist of? Emails or without emails?

There are some with emails, i'd say around 30%. All of them are divided by language and 2 niches - main niche and sub-niche.

You can do the following things :
-Sell that Database to Agency Owners, Or Service Providers.
-Reach out to Users from Database and offer any services that you sell.
-Build an Audience for your account from that Database.
-Use it for Custom Targeting in Running Ads.

If they’re already segmented by niche and language, agencies would definitely find that valuable for outreach. You could package it as a lead list for brands running micro-influencer campaigns.

yes, these are the currently distributed niches: beauty, fashion, lifestyle, fitness, wellness, food, travel, parenting, tech, entrepreneurship, investing, personal finance, crypto, real estate, e-commerce, marketing, startups, productivity, career. I have several thousand already divided by niches but i still need to perform double data-refining.

Yes, only very recently i saw this. Micro/nano influencers are the best converting collaboration type of funnel for 'non-salesy' sales process.

thanks for the offer but majority of the accounts do not have public information (email) attached to them. Though majority of the accounts have their dm's open.
You could sell them here on the marketplace thread? Reddit? Make a website?
