I think one of the most underrated ways right now is selling boring but useful services to businesses instead of chasing trendy "passive income" ideas. Everyone runs toward drop shipping, faceless channels, AI pages, and affiliate hype, while local businesses still need SEO, lead generation, automation setup, content repurposing, website fixes, and simple AI workflows.
