Hello, got a tiktok account that got banned from tiktok live, tiktok doesn't want to know anything, any tips on how to get it unbanned please? Thx

You should contact the Tik Tok support in order to resolve this problem.
 
When TikTok refuses to resolve your issue, it usually means the violation on your account is considered quite serious, making it very difficult to regain access to the live streaming feature.
 
These guys saying to check account ban reason on the appeal clearly have never done a appeal in their life and are just post farming, I have been appealing every single working day for close to a year and this never was the case. Prove me wrong

You can log out for a couple days and then try appealing again from a different or mobile data, not your home wifi. Also hit up their live chat if you can find it. keep asking for a human. say you got flagged by mistake. Sometimes it works.

If none of that works, don't waste time. you just make a new account with a clean setup. TikTok bans devices, not just accounts. So switch your environment first, then create a new one

Review TikTok rules, Make sure you understand which guideline may have been broken and mention in your appeal that you’ll comply going forward.
 
make sure you understand why you got banned. Besides, if the community violation, the entire account could be shadowbanned anyways, which means you will get no reach even in normal videos. Start thinking of a new setup incase you notice your reach has been severely cut back
