Probably because most people on Reddit are less filtered compared to other platforms. You usually find actual users talking about real experiences instead of overly polished reviews or sponsored content everywhere.
Because of this!

People trust Reddit reviews more because they’re written by real users with no commercial agenda, offering honest experiences and diverse opinions.

Reddit gives you the raw unfiltered opinions from actual users which is way better than fabricated reviews from companies.

People don't trust Reddit because Reddit is perfect they trust it because they trust thousands of strangers arguing with each other more than a single polished review.

I think people trust Reddit more because the opinions usually come from real users sharing actual experience, not a company trying to sell something. Even when reviews are mixed, they often feel more honest and balanced. That's probably why adding "Reddit" to a search has become so common before making a purchase.

cause people know its real users, not just marketing talk, and u get honest pros and cons, not shiny ads.

people trust Reddit because it feels more honest and community-oriented than traditional advertising.

Since the company's main goal is to sell its product, it can't possibly provide an honest review of it :) At this point, UGC reviews with native advertising are the best solution for promotion.

Nowadays many people search Reddit beside every product or service before buying anything. What made Reddit become one of the internet’s most trusted places for honest opinions?
I think people trust reddit because most users share real experiences intsead of marketing . you can see both positive and negative opinions ,ask follow ups questions and compare different viewpoints.
