There were some people out there that stated that Reddit helps pages rank quicker and can help indirectly with SEO, but then again, there were others who said otherwise, that it is no good nowadays. How have you seen Reddit work for your business in relation to your SEO efforts?

If the page is buried too deep on your own site, Reddit won’t save it, but paired with good internal links and clean canonicals it can definitely help Google find and understand it faster

Reddit does not directly boost SEO ranking, but it can still help in a more indirect way. If your content or brand gets mentioned in a real discussion, it can get indexed quickly and sometimes even show up on Google, which bring in extra traffic.
But honestly, the old method of just dropping links does not work anymore. It only helps when it feels natural and part of a real conversation.

Reddit links themselves do not provide much direct SEO value, but reddit can definitely help with faster discovery, indexing, and bringing relevant traffic. The biggest benefit seems to come from the exposure and engagement rather than the link alone.

Reddit can still help, but mostly by bringing traffic and getting your content noticed. I wouldn't use it just for backilnks, but it's great for visibility and getting real visitors to your site.

Have never tried reddit for SEO, someone please guide how it can be useful in it?

If you know what you're doing. Yes.

I think Reddit can indirectly boost SEO by generating engagement, traffic, and natural backlinks from other sites.

This is true but it's a compounding chain effect and it can be quite predictable if you knwo where you're posting and what you're doing

Yes and No

It worked for one of our local SEO projects. (maybe luck)

When trying again for another niche, it didn't move the needle!

It can inderictly affect your site if your product or service is perceived as a solutions to reddit users and therefore come to your website and/or blog.

I think reddit helps more indirectly. The traffic and visibility can be valuable, but I wouldn't rely on reddit links alone for SEO

yeah reddit links still help a bit, mostly for indexing and getting crawled faster
but don’t expect them to directly push rankings like before, google kinda nerfed that value
i’d use it more for traffic + discovery, not pure SEO juice anymore. quality content + real subs engagement matters more now

I think reddit works better for brand mentions and engagement now. real users clicking and sharing content can have more value.

I would say Reddit links can still have value but the focus should be on providing value to the community rather than chasing SEO benefits.
