Hey everyone,
I’m getting into the digital services / online monetization space and I’m mainly focused on learning how different people structure and operate in this area.
Right now I’m exploring things like:
digital services ecosystems
service reselling models
how providers and resellers typically connect
general online business workflows and sourcing methods
I’m not here to sell anything or promote services — just trying to understand how people in this space operate and connect with others who are on a similar path.
Would be good to connect with people who:
are also exploring digital services or online business models
have experience in service-based online setups
are open to discussing strategies, sourcing, or general structure of the space
If you’re in a similar stage or have experience, feel free to drop your thoughts here.
Looking forward to learning from others.

Affiliate marketing is one the best easiest way to earn online passively without stressed, if only you're using the right strategies

honestly, the whole "reseller" thing is a bit played out. everyone's trying to flip something. focus on the actual service, the value you're providing. downtime on a service, even a reseller's, can tank your reputation real quick. think about that before you start slinging whatever's trending
Yeah, true. In the long run, service quality is what really matters.
If support and uptime are good, users stay. Trendy stuff only works for a short time—your reputation is more important.

I agree that reliability and customer trust are important. That's actually one of the reasons I'm focused on this topic in the first place.

I'm not really looking for the cheapest thing to flip or whatever is trending. My main concern is understanding how people find reliable long-term providers and build trustworthy connections in this space. If the supplier side is unstable, slow, or unreliable, it becomes very difficult to provide a good experience to customers no matter how much effort you put into support.

That's why I'm trying to learn more about the ecosystem and connect with people who have real experience in it.

Out of curiosity, have you worked in this field yourself? If so, I'd be interested to hear what your experience has been and what you think is most important when choosing who to work with.

First, the quality of your product, followed by your operational and service processes, as well as your guarantee policies these are the factors that are considered important for successful business operations.

Hey everyone, currently exploring the digital services and online business space, especially reseller models, sourcing, and provider workflows. Not selling anything — just looking to connect and learn from others in the space.

Would love to connect

Sounds like a good idea, networking is very important
That's the most important thing but idk some ppl in the scene are so hostile and reserved, not talking about community here but over the internet

what do you have in mind in terms of providers ? like what products are you intending to resell in the future?

Before entering any specific business sector whether involving product selection, service provision, or establishing a network of partner alliances it is essential to thoroughly understand the operational processes and identify the key factors and customer expectations necessary to deliver optimal service.
