What are people using to boost X visibility these days?

Just curious what the community is doing right now to grow visibility on X. Feels like things change every few months, so I wanted to ask what's actually working lately.

  • Any tactics or habits that gave you a real bump in reach/followers?
  • Has the reply-game and quote-tweet approach held up, or has it shifted?
  • Anything underrated that people aren't talking about enough?

Quality content and interacting with followers and niche relevant communities
 
Engaging consistently through meaningful replies and quote-tweets still works, but creating shareable, original threads and using niche-specific hashtags gives the biggest reach boost lately.
 
Engaging with the comments, and commenting on bigger accounts. You can't just tweets and expect interactions, you have to go into the comments and get into it with repliers

Interesting fact, I realized that it's better not to write to super large accounts. It is better to write to accounts with 15k subscribers, but with more than 50k views on posts, then your comment will not be lost and it will be more likely to be answered.
 
Most people boost x visibility by posting consistently and replying to bigger accounts quickly. early engagement still seems to help posts travel further.

There are so many accounts now that just post regularly that it doesn't seem to work anymore.
