Hello,

From today, I’m starting a long-term journey to build a $10,000/month digital empire based on SaaS products, mobile apps, and automated web tools across iOS, Android, and web.
This is not just about building just mobile apps anymore, the goal is to create a network of digital assets that grow, cross-promote each other, and generate recurring revenue through multiple monetization layers, and why not sell them and exit.

I’ll be documenting everything here: progress, failures, experiments, and scaling strategies.

Background:

[+] 5+ years experience in mobile apps (Android focus, experimental growth)
[+] ASO, SEO Knowledge
[+] Programming skills + Claude Code
[+] Decompile and reverse engineering ( Unity & Android & WEBGL )
My Strategy:
My whole strategy is pretty simple and consistent. I don’t focus on trying to invent completely new ideas from scratch. Instead, I spend most of my time going through the internet, app stores, SaaS products, and tools to find ideas that are already working. Then I analyze them, understand why they are successful, and build my own improved version of them.

Before building anything, I always try to validate it first. I check if there is real demand, if people are actively searching for it, if similar apps are ranking, and if the niche shows strong signals of monetization. If I don’t see clear demand, I don’t waste time building it.

A big part of my strategy is also choosing ideas that can work in both web and mobile at the same time. I specifically look for concepts where I can build a SaaS/web platform and also turn it into an iOS and Android app. This way I’m basically hitting two birds with one stone, one idea becomes two distribution channels, two user bases, and two revenue streams.

How to Earn Money:

[+] Ads Earnings
[+] In-App Purchase
[+] Affiliate

What I have now :
[+] About 6 Google Play Console accounts
[+] 2 Personnel IOS account with some apps, Going to make other one for my LLC .
[+] 3 Web Tools sites, 1 SASS + Random Pinterest blogs ( 100% Automated )

CURRENT EARNINGS METRICS :

[+] APP/GAMES ADS :
Between $1000 and $1500/Month Ads Reveuenue
[+] IAP : Around $400
[+] SASS : $199.80/Last Month
[+] Website ADS : 100$/month ( across 4 websites tools)

Total Last Month : $199.80 (SASS) + $1109.23 ( APP/GAMES ADS ) + IAP ( $700 ) + Website ADS ( 500$ ) = $2,509.03
The Goals:
[✓] $1000/Month

[✓] $2000/Month
[+] $3000/Month
[+] $4000/Month
[+] $5000/month
[+] $6000/month
[+] $7000/month
[+] $8000/month
[+] $9000/month
[+] $10,000/month

Note :
This is a long-term build. Some experiments will fail, some will pivot, and some will be completely rebuilt.
The goal is not perfection, it’s compounding digital assets over time.

Questions
- Regarding building apps, do you build them with Unity or pure cursor?
- is there a reason you have several google play accounts? why not have 1 acc and upload eveyrthing there?
- do you advertise these apps later on? or you just upload - wait - hope for the best?
- Do you use admob for revenue on all apps? or in-app purchase?

Awesome journey mate, definitely following this! Your strategy of taking already validated concepts and expanding them is exactly how you win in the app stores.

I'm actually on a very similar path right now, scaling an Android life/debt simulator game on Google Play. Cross-promoting your own digital assets is the ultimate multiplier. Your current metrics are looking super solid. Good luck on reaching that $10k goal, looking forward to your next update!

- For games, I use Unity with a developer who works with me. For apps, I primarily use Claude Code and VS Code, and I only switch to Cursor when I hit usage limits.
- I have a history of Google play accounts closures, so I operate with a “don’t put all your eggs in one basket” mindset. My legal apps are kept on a single main account (just one) for stability.
- I currently don’t do advertising, but I’m starting to learn and explore UGC marketing on TikTok.
- I use ad mediation, and I also integrate in-app purchases depending on the app’s monetization strategy.

hey man hope you doing good hope to see more updates of your journey, wish you good luck

I've also tried using AI to make games, but unfortunately it's terrible. It can't fully understand what I mean, and it still has problems with even the most basic asset extraction. Are all your games developed in-house, or are they made with AI?

for unity games i use ai only to build characters and maps but my developer handle all the coding. but for ios app the claude code handle everything

What type of games do you make and how do you promote them?

How do you earn money with those games? IAP or Ads?

Do you use UGC Marketing? If yes AI or real humans?

Do you have example for a game you built?

Update — May 28, 2026

Early Quick Update

I worked on a few new app ideas that I discovered while spying on the market last week. I managed to publish one of them, and I also rebranded one of my older apps with new keywords to try to rank higher on iOS. Basically, I did some ASO experiments to see if I can revive and reposition old assets instead of always building from zero.
I also started a YouTube channel for one of the apps. Nothing fancy for now — just using it to publish simple/spam-style videos and see if it can bring some organic discovery over time.

For my main website, I am seriously thinking about removing subscriptions completely. Two new competitors entered the space with 100% free, and they are starting to steal traffic. So instead of fighting with a paid wall, I am moving the website toward a 100% free + ads model. The only paid option will probably be a one-time purchase to remove ads on the website.

On Google Play, I managed to publish a game last week and also updated some of my existing apps with IAP. I am thinking about starting to publish the next batch of games soon. The only blocker right now is that the developer I work with is busy because of the holiday in Pakistan, so this week I will mostly focus on updating the website and preparing all the app/game assets so everything is ready to ship.

✅ What I Did

[] Published one new iOS app idea.
[] Rebranded an older iOS app with better keywords.
[] Worked on ASO to improve ranking potential.
[] Published one new Google Play game.
[] Updated some existing Google Play apps with IAP.
[] Shifted main website from subscription-based to 100% free with ads.
[] Continued preparing assets for upcoming apps and games.
[] Worked on my game-based websites, both currently around 50% complete.

Next Week Plan

[ ] Get all game assets ready and publish the game before the end of the week, since I will be travelling across Europe.
[ ] Publish the other two iOS apps.
[ ] Complete and publish my two game-based websites.
[ ] Publish two more iOS apps.
[ ] Publish 2 or 3 more games on Google Play.

Quote :

“Every week is a chance to build, improve, and move closer.”

Do you do marketing for newly published apps/games on playstore? I want to start similar journey since i have personal old play console laying around and will use AI to code the app/game but I have no idea about distribution/marketing part of this thing
