My experience with this provider was the following.
We agreed on a bulk messaging campaign to my list of Telegram accounts. On the first day, I provided 120 accounts, including three mystery shopper accounts. On the second day, I provided another 120 accounts, which included three additional mystery shopper accounts.
After two days, not a single mystery shopper account had received the advertised message. I asked the provider to give me a report showing which accounts had successfully received messages and which had not. The provider stated that they were unable to provide such information.
I cannot definitively prove that no messages were sent at all. What I can say with certainty is that none of my six mystery shopper accounts received any messages.
I also repeatedly requested reporting beyond a dashboard that displayed aggregate numbers. However, I was never able to obtain any evidence or reports showing which contacts had actually been messaged.
Based on my experience, I encourage everyone to draw their own conclusions. Personally, I came away with the impression that the service is more likely not being provided than being provided.

Thank you for your comment @slowslow, but let me correct one point. I told you that day that we couldn't show you this, but I recorded it as an update note. And yes, that update has now been released. Currently, which member is being sent a message to is visible in the live feed.
Note: In order for our customers who provide their own username list to be able to track the same data, they must provide the information required by the system.
