You can start with direct calls or a short text/WhatsApp where available. This usually works better than trying to send a long pitch first. Keep it brief, introduce yourself, and give them a reason to respond.

If the email is valid and verified, send an email first and wait for response within 48-72 hours. If there is no response, then call them.
I think it's better to use the communication method the client prefers - some people like talking, others prefer reading. But you never really know that in advance

Surest way to reach them is to use their website's contact form. It's also seen as polite.
Cold calling does work but you gotta make sure you don't sound pushy or creepy. Personally I don't take phone calls from unknown contacts. You could reach out to their sales dept and maybe build some rapport and talk to them from there.

I suggest contacting clients via email or their website contact form, as it looks more professional than sms.

No. Avoid sending direct SMS messages, it's easily perceived as spam and unprofessional. The best approach is to send a concise, well-structured email introducing the project first, then contact us via Zalo/WhatsApp to inform us and politely request an appointment. This will be more effective.

Don't contact on their personal numbers directly. Send a professional email and then ask to set up a meeting over call if they're comfortable.
