I've spent 1000's of hours on this forum, met 100's of amazing people and casually known 1000's, many of which have made anything from $0 to guys making 8 figures per year.

I literally met a guy on here who runs a yacht brokerage company and he took me to Monaco and got me on board 90m+ yachts with a VIP pass and tours by the captain.

This place has been a goldmine for business the past 15 years and you wouldn't believe the people who've been and are maybe still lurking.

I don't know know where you people came from, but you all have join dates of 2024-2026 and you're asking me why I am here?

Why are YOU here?

You come to an Internet Marketing forum, then show hate for money and hate for the game. Tell us you want to stay poor and you hate money and hate people with money.

Your world is not *the* world. You're living in a bubble where all you see is poverty and you think that's all that exists, and you bring that mentality here, to a place for people to break out of that bubble.

I have 22 year old friends who make 6 figures a month building offers. A *month* - Not a year.

I have Indian friends who make 7 figures.

The world is a big big fucking place. But you go ahead and sit in your little bubble and rage at people over the Internet with your keyboard. That'll improve your life. Then when you're done raging at people, watch some more AI videos depicting how the world is a bad place, then come back, and rage a bit more. Repeat that until you're old. That's absolutely the path to happiness and success. Definitely don't take advice from someone like me or read any of my posts on business.

The funny thing is, the guys running coaching aren't looking for these guys.

They're looking for the $5k/mo guy who wants to scale to $50k/mo.

No one wants to coach someone who can't make money and is angry at the world. Coach how? They have no money. You give them free advice and they rage at you.

They need to go to a therapist and speak to them about their problems. Fixing mindset is a 5 year long job. Some just resign and think it won't work because effects don't come overnight.

I'm still working on mine. I started fixing about 4 years ago. Life is a lot easier with better mindset.

I used to put 12 hours of work in some really stupid things like a job or hustling for 4 figures. It was all my unconscious choice. Once I understood it's all my choice, I can get 4 figures for typing on my phone because I focus on better stuff.

And now 5 figures are more likely to happen.

They really need a therapist because without money they are about to go after every another person who talk about real money and that's how they got triggered earlier and start to attacking each other without any valid reason. :)

It's ALL mindset.

You literally cannot make a lot of money unless your subconscious allows it.

You can see clear as day the problem with most people here. In my day, 10-15 years ago, the guys who were broke only had mild mindset problems. A bit of work and they could hustle up to $100/day.

Today, these guys are a level below, which is the level of actually HATING successful people.

It's like, these are on the forum for the past year or so and obviously want to make money.

I turn up, someone who was writing about building my first businesses and hitting success back in 2015. You can literally go check my posts from then and see when I went from broke to successful.

Instead of thinking "shit, here's an actual person that has years of knowledge/experience. I wonder if I can ask him some things and get advice that will help me", they hit me with absolute vile hate, and the thing is, they don't even know me. They don't even read what I wrote here let alone anything else. They don't check the businesses I run. They just call me a "guru" and say I'm going to sell them courses. (LOL I'd be fucking broke if I had to sell them courses. If I'm going to sell a course it's going to be to guys running 6 figure agencies who want to scale to 7 figs)

One guy accuses me of being an onlyfans grifter last month. It's like social media brain-fry. He can't even see that I'm named "splishsplash", and the other person was named something totally different. He just thinks I am the onlyfans grifter.

These guys hate money. They hate success. They hate the rich. They want to "eat the rich".

How, with that mindset can they possible make money? Their subconscious won't let them become something they hate.

And then combine that with the gen-Z entitlement.

One guy was like "fuck you bruh just show me how to make 100 euros a day"

LOL.

They're impatient and angry. Not lazy. Impatient. They just want everything handed to them on a plate. The anger and self-hate manifests as entitlement so they demand "give me now".

And it's near impossible to help them. They have to actually wake up, look in the mirror and say "I want to stop being so angry at the world"

Only then will the path open up for them.

I've barely been on blackhatworld in the past 2-3 years. I had no idea how much it changed.

I wrote this thread thinking it was full of the old crew. The guys banking hard and dreaming even harder. The hustlers who had a thirst for life and a thirst for success.

Most people and media optimize for dopamine in my opinion. I think it makes people consume more content quickly, which equals fast money for creator.

It's hard to find places where you can truly relax and feel serotonin, then go into dreamy state and have a good vision for next decade, 2 decades, 3 decades.

People go "live fast, die young". They're already flooded with dopamine, but they don't have any other neurotransmitters responsible for feeling relax, love. That's my feeling.

I slept like a baby, then spent the day prepping for the beta launch of my SEO SaaS.

Will "buy, borrow. die" work in other countries than USA? I'm from Europe.

Maybe I should change my residency in the future.

I decided to put small amount of money on Bitcoin everyday instead of buying things at convenience store or... playing at casino...

I'm not sure about VOO with small amounts.

It's motivating to think "I build wealth" instead of "I'm a slave working for someone".
 
Good motivation text. I needed that. It´s not possible for everybody. You need the mindset and luck too.

I say one story from my local place where I live:

A man bought a local business here. Just a simple physical company. Where there were already customers.
He maintained this business for over a year and made changes to it. I think he updated the company to a fresh look and changed something.
Then he sold it for three times the price to another competitor, and he then retired at 45.
He invested the money in some stocks.
Through his company, that is, he still has his own other company. And he lives tax-free, raising his salary, etc.
He's not a millionaire, but he automatically receives that €5,000 - €10,000 every month without doing anything.

He has said this himself publicly, and these days he mostly does some hobbies and goes on vacation every now and then.
He found something, and he went for it. He envisioned what he was going to do. And he cashed out.

Bitcoin is fine, sure, but I'd do an etf. It's better to be on the banking system. That's why the etfs were created.

swissquotes works in most countries and has tons of etfs. If you become very rich later you can transfer custody from swissquotes to a private bank like jp morgan.

But I wouldn't worry at this stage about the buy borrow die.

It's not really THAT important.

You can just sell 2-3% per year, pay tax on it and live fine. It doesn't change the core plan. You're still going to compound plenty. The buy borrow die only works if you can get an interest deferred low interest loan. That's not guaranteed for everyone unless you're talking about 8 figures in a private bank.

Oh, also, I forgot to say.

s&p 500 is just the clean, safe no risk advice.

My personal one is 50% voo(remember can be any s&p 500 etf. voo is just easy to type), 30% btc and 20% microstrategy.

The main advantage with voo too is you can borrow against it with the highest ltv threshold. btc in the future likely you will be able to as well, but a single stock will never be as good for that, but with only 20% that's ok.

But my goal with btc is like a 15% compound over 30 years, and 18-20% with microstrategy. That's HUGE over 30 years though. Even a 12% on bitcoin and a 14% on microstrategy is fucking GREAT.

The thread started off with advice for the 20's guys who CAN make money. There is loads of them. There's guys who make thousands a day, spend it, burn out and then in their 30s and 40s they're broke. This was aimed more at them.

So the original advice with the borrowing against voo is for those who have compounded to 8 figures. At 8 figures this is very doable.

At 2-3 million, you can, but you can't necessarily defer interests until death. You can take a good cheap loan then pay it back, but this is different.

because it seems bhw is a bit different these days and most people are not able to make $2mil to compound before age 30, I adjusted the advice to help people.

And it became more of a put by some of your salary and compound enough so you can actually retire(fairly early) at 50-55 and not be rich, but be COMFORTABLE and have time.

For that group, they aren't going to be able to get loans. That's ok. By the time you've compounded for 20 years you can sell 3% of your yearly interest every year for 50 years and your portfolio is still growing(even growing against inflation)

The only slight issue is that you aren't guaranteed to make 8-10% per year. Some years it might be -2%, or +3% and other years will be +20% for example.

My advice on going all in on BTC was old. I wouldn't advise that now. As I said, I'm 50% voo, 30% btc and 20% mstr. But I only ever advise others to do 100% voo, because I'm just not going to tell some poor guy making $5k/mo to put $2k/mo or whatever into bitcoin for 10 years, then the worst hits and he has very little. The s&p 500 is safe. It's just not going to do anything less than 8% over the next 20-30 years. Not unless we have another dark ages.


The s&p 500 is the largest public 500 companies. If they haven't grown at least 8% average over the next 20-30 years, then something went really wrong in the world.
