I'm getting Meta Ads disapproval "Restricted Content: Gambling" for a casino deposit offer ad, authorization is submitted, landing page has T&Cs, age gate, and responsible gambling links, pixel and server events show correctly. What exact fields metadata or headers does Meta check for gambling authorization, what common landing page or ad creative issues cause this disapproval, and what are the precise steps (API or Ads Manager actions and logs to inspect) to resubmit and get the ad approved?

There may be something in your creative assets that Meta considers unacceptable
Try to submit an appeal, very often the ads start running again

Meta’s automated scans for gambling are incredibly sensitive. Even with authorization submitted, if your ad creative or landing page uses certain trigger words that sound too much, it can trigger an auto disapproval. Double check that your creative doesnt violate their specific promise of success policy while you wait for the manual review to catch up with your authorization.

Try changing the creative or at least its preview—use a solid-color background, or try removing the text from the ad.
Or switch to an agency account.

Anything regarding the gambling and political stuff gets deeply scanned and investigated by their ai. Try different creative, different landing pages and be sure to include privacy policy and other things needed. If you see ad for gambling in the wild, click on it, investigate the "funnel", see what is the website like, which sections, way of copywriting etc. Copy that and try again. Best solution is to copy somebody who figured it out.

Over t he years, we’ve submitted thousands of gambling creatives—and let me put it this way: there’s no clear-cut algorithm for getting gambling creatives through moderation.
You can minimize the triggers—but if you end up in manual moderation, it’s all for nothing.

You have to accept that in this niche, account bans are an inevitable part of the job, and an account is just a consumable, just like a creative.
