You can find them in the FatAds knowledge base. I had everything set up using their guide in like half an hour.

Binom has official documentation on the Binom website, but there doesnt seem to be a dedicated tutorial site for learning how to use it step by step. Most of the learning still comes from experiment and figuring things out while using it.
