The issue might be caused by IP you need a new one and VPN, can not tell anything about bluestacks
 
To be honest just try LDPlayer first.
If you get banned maybe you need to try real device. iOS is preferred if you have the funds.

You need proxies with anti detect browsers man in order for this to work. Emulators get flagged easily due to their filesystem structure and other characteristics.
 
Try it with a jailbroken iPhone, ShadowRocket + Crane, and you'll see it works fine.
 
Bluestacks + new setups still get flagged by IG emu/automation signals, it’s not just IP/IMEI, so sign-ups get nuked fast unless everything looks “real” and aged.
 
Because IG absolutely hates emulators now. Even with new IMEI/proxies, BlueStacks fingerprints are heavily detected. The “confirm you’re human” loop is usually the first sign the device itself already has low trust. Real phones work way better now than emulators for account creation.
 
I dont trust emulators to completely bypass Meta's deep device fingerprinting.

It's very possible FB/IG can see you're running inside an emulator.

Your best option here is to create the account the way they want you too.

Actually, I've never had any problems with JB, both rootless and rootfull , but it's best not to work with your main phone. I usually use this tool for JB winra1n.net

It's best to jailbreak on phones with iOS 15 to 16.7 for the best support.

getting triggered on real devices, anyone has a clue? using mobile proxies and soft automations
 
usage of BlueStacks to register Instagram profile may cause suspend which can be manage with other device to register good profile and login to manage with BlueStack if we'll set to avoid suspend.
