Current problem:
My website was ranked with branded keyword in several southeast Asia Country
But.. the rank of my site were keep changing like this:

Night & Morning:
Indonesia rank 2
Malaysia & Singapore , position missing (no rank)

Afternoon:
Indonesia become page 2
Malay & Singapore = rank 1

it keep shuffling like this, may i ask your opinion and solution guys?

Google is testing metrics like page loading speed and bounce rate. They'll eventually rank the site that appeals to most visitors. This usually happens because most of the sites competing for the keyword are of similar authority and trust scores, usually low authority sites. I've seen sites get ahead of competition with a few backlinks.

It's the issue due to 2 major reasons:
1. other competitors aggressive seo on same keywords
2. lack of off-page of your website.

It happened now, have one sites with less than 10 backlink but can managed to page 1

But my site was jumping up and down, like changing position between country
when rank 2 in Indonesia, other country missing

when rank 1 in another country (exc indonesia), rank indonesia move to page 2

My site have a lot of quality backlink tho, when down to page 2.. it lose to other review sites
But it can jump to rank 2 again (Site 1st rank is official site)

My site is an affiliate site
 
You need to think of Google like social platforms where they initially send traffic
then they see how those people respond to your content to judge the ranking. User behavior metrics matter more than you think.
 
I suspect you are not tracking your ranking properly.

What tools do you use for rank tracking?
 
Is it part of google dance. I think you are in sandbox. Please wait for couple of weeks.

is it new site?
 
What you’re seeing is usually a sign that Google is still reevaluating your sites geo relevance and ranking stability across different regions. This commonly happens with new SEO campaigns, aggressive link building, bulk indexing activity, or weak local signals.
 
This is classic Google dance, especially across different regional data centers in SEA. Your site is basically sitting right on the algorithmic threshold for those countries.
When different data centers sync up or test user signals at different times of the day, your rank bounces around.
Give it a week or two to settle down.
 
It looks like Google is evaluating your websites across different regions. Since the core update is also rolling out from the 21st, we can't judge too quickly. Don't do anything. Let's wait for the update to roll out/stabilize the rankings.
