We are a private pharma affiliate network looking for an experienced affiliate manager/recruiter who can bring active affiliates and media buyers into our program.


We are looking for:


  • Active affiliates
  • Media buyers
  • Traffic partners

Payment:


  • $200 USD per active affiliate
  • Active affiliate = minimum 2 confirmed sales
  • Payment is sent after the requirement is reached

Really? You gonna pay your manager after he recruits affiliate who makes 2 sales. This crazy.
This is classic MLM scheme.
 
The idea is simply to avoid paying for completely inactive referrals.





If the affiliate starts generating sales, the payment is guaranteed.





Also, the recruiter/affiliate manager can always see the referred affiliate’s sales inside the affiliate panel for full transparency.





We are looking for long-term cooperation and serious partners, not MLM.
 
There is no MLM structure here.

We are simply paying for active affiliates instead of inactive signups with zero traffic.

Recruiters can track referred affiliate activity and sales inside the affiliate panel for transparency.

i think you need pay significantly more per affiliate bro

in your niche bro affiliate can generate you multi millions dollars in commissions

why anyone referrer a media buyer affiliate for measly $200 usd? and they must get at least 2 sale?

this is very difficult scenario you are asking for bro

what are the pay out on your offer anyway, you offering $100+ commission per conversion to your affiliates bro?
 
How exactly are we supposed to verify affiliate quality and activity then?

Pay large amounts for every random signup without checking whether the affiliate can actually generate traffic or sales?

That would make no business sense, especially in a niche where inactive signups and low-quality traffic are common.

You owe it to your own system to get the right affiliate based on certain craterias
But making an affiliate manager wait until two months of sales won't cut it

You can have flat, minimal fee to cover the initial vetting and onboarding of qualified, vetted media buyers ensuring you only get active, experienced partners.

you have to find the affiliate yourself bro

there no shortcut to finding serious affiliate media buyer who are crushers in the game... these are highly valuable people you are seeking to acquire, you have to understand this bro

high value affiliate is not common, so you need to treat this opportunity and game with respect, and work diligently to find these affiliate if you become serious in this endeavor
 
Looks like you wish to save on a good BDM and get cheap affiliate leads.
Affiliate recruitment and onboarding take much time and efforts sometimes. Moreover, a third-party recruiter cannot affect onboarding, start and other first steps.
Better create 10% referral program for your current affiliates or hire an expert who will do the whole bunch of work.
