Say you buy an expired domain that had a gmb. Can you recover (get) the GMB too?
If you buy expired domain w/ gmb can you revover GMB?

GMB is not linked directly to a domain name, but it's a part of Google. What you have to recover is the Google account. In that case, what @don6644 said above makes sense, but it may attract potential further legal issues. Short story: owning the domain/old website, doesn't make you the gmb owner, if the old owner haven't passed you the right of use it.

Yes, but buying the expired domain alone does NOT give you access to the GMB. You have submit a claim request Google Business Profile and verify your ownership from the domains email as @don6644 said above.

Buying an expired domain doesn’t grant GMB access you must claim and verify it via Google Business Profile.

No. buying the domain doesn't give you GMB. The business profile is separate and linked to the Google account that manages it. Unless you get access to that account or can verify the listing again, you can't recover it just by owning the domain.

Sometimes yes, but only if you can verify the business location or gain access to the original listing. Otherwise, ownership of the domain alone doesn’t give you control of the Google Business Profile.
