Hello Meta experts,
I need your opinion
I am running a FB ad for one of my clients.
His ad account is about 2 months old.
Here is what happened:
- For the first month, as soon as start running ads, his account gets banned.
- Then after talking to Meta support and their stupid AI, we were able to get the Ad account unrestricted.
- We started running ads, sales started coming in. We ran ads about 2 months on that particular ad account.
- Outta sudden two days ago, the acct gets restricted again without any explanations. This time we reach out to the support and they are saying they WILL NOT be able to un-restrict the account. This is final decision
I have no idea what caused meta to lock the ad account and FB support sucks.
The dude sells PENS so I am pretty sure we weren't breaking any policies or terms.
Should I cut our losses and just create a new meta ad account and start advertising through that.
I have been reading online and lots of people are saying we should WARM UP the account before using.
What does that even mean, how do you warm up the ad account without running ads?
