Woking on an automation system for our tiktok farm, as for right now we have small proof of concept with 10 devices.

The current setup is: Router + mobile/4G proxies + custom ROM/fingerprint spoofing + standard GEO Settings

Currently testing various devices: from Xiaomi to iphones.

For video generation we use: Higgsfield + in-house demos (we use the farm to promote our apps)
Pretty much optimized using claude code + cli + skills and /loops

Our core pipeline can be simplified to:
Calendar Trigger → Higgsfield Video Generation → App Integration → Human Review → Auto Subtitles (Whisper + ffmm) → Publish

Some of our key rules:
- 14 days warmup ( first 4 days manual, and then automated but still doing out of the ordinary things.. like open and closing the app, durable attention, rewatch, etc)
- One account per phone
- if account gains traction, we freeze major changes (no app updates, no config shifts)
- multiple personas (e.g. different nationalities and styles) across US/UK markets

We've also built a central dashboard (Next.js + Express) that monitors:
  • Device health (battery, temperature, connection)
  • Account performance & analytics (via safe Playwright scraping)
  • Higgsfield generation history + performance tracking
  • Content calendar triggers and publishing pipeline
  • Revenue Generated
Everything is operated and controlled using a mac mini.

can share the repo if useful

Would love to hear from others working on similar setups. DM.

This is a serious undertaking. How do you plan to recoup your costs?

The farm mainly exists to generate and distribute content for our own apps.

We monetize through both subscriptions and one time purchases, so the setup already pays for itself and scales alongside distribution.

At the moment we’re doing a bit over $120k/month in subscription revenue, plus another $10k–20k/month in one time payments.

We currently have 2 apps live, with a third one finishing development in the coming days.

Open to partnering with other farms as well under a revenue share model if there’s a good fit.

Initial hardware cost was relatively small. Most of our phones were around ~$200 each on average, so the current 10 device setup was roughly a ~$2k investment in devices, plus proxies, networking, and infra.

• Mobile proxies / SIMs / connectivity: ~$700/month

• AI generation costs (Higgsfield, inference, subtitles, etc): ~$1k–2k/month

• Misc infra + storage + tooling: a few hundred/month

• Claude code, codex, and some other tools ~ $500

Thanks for taking the time to write down all this. Do you use the TikTok's official API to gather the posts main data/KPIs?

of course not. I use playwright instead - under a daily /loop.

Mixing Xiaomi and iPhone in the same farm is hurting you — TikTok's bucket assignment is device-cohort-aware and Android/iOS accounts get pushed to different feeds, so your reach metrics will look noisier than they are. Pick one OS per app vertical. Higgsfield content is detectable now (their motion signature is in TT's classifier), so any "Higgsfield + obvious app promo" combo gets boosted-throttled-banned in that order — break the content pipeline by re-encoding through CapCut on-device before upload to scrub the metadata. At 10 devices you're still safe but past 30 you'll need actual SIM rotation, not just proxy rotation.

What kind of subscriptions and one time purchases do you offer?

We’ve actually seen similar behavior ourselves regarding mixed device cohorts. Right now we’re mostly testing different hardware + ROM combinations to map stability/performance before standardizing per vertical.

What OS do you use?

The Higgsfield point is interesting. We already add transformation layers post-generation, but haven’t tested a full on-device CapCut re-encode flow yet. Will probably benchmark that against current retention / suppression rates.

And agreed on SIM rotation. Proxies alone clearly stop scaling cleanly after a certain threshold.

Thanks man, appreciate the input

For people here? None. Zero. Nada.

regarding the farm, it exists to distribute and scale our own apps, the subscriptions / one time purchases are tied to the apps and products we’re pushing. Productivity apps mostly.

Nice. From the information you've given us it seems you have everything figured out. I hope you make a lot of money using these methods!

If you’re into farms / large scale distribution infra as well, feel free to reach out. Always interesting comparing notes, tooling, and setups with others building in the space.

Will you become a TikTok affiliate or sell TikTok accounts?
Not really interested in selling accounts.

The goal is mainly building scalable distribution for our own products. We may test TikTok affiliate flows at some point, but right now the economics are significantly better pushing our own apps instead of third party offers.

This is great info, thanks.

Quick question, do you think running the Higgsfield clips through something like Veed (or any other intermediate editor) is enough to scrub the fingerprints, or is CapCut still the strongest option because it’s owned by TikTok?

Also, could you expand a bit on SIM rotation? How frequently are you swapping them at scale, and are you mostly using physical prepaid SIMs or mixing with eSIMs?

Appreciate it.

One issue to watch out for is AI-rendered content. Currently, TikTok hasn't cracked down on it – but it seems like it's already in their terms and conditions, and they're just waiting to tighten them. At that point, account reach might decrease, or even worse, account could be banned. Have you considered that?

working on something similar, would love to chat.

Have you seen any accts get banned or is it all stable so far?

Are you seeing good revenue come from the videos you are posting on tt?
