Thanks to AI the next 4 years could help humanity develop and move forward faster than the past 100 years combined.

AI will definitely speed up a lot of industries but the “faster than last 100 years combined” part is a bit optimistic. Progress usually hits real world limits like regulation, cost and adoption speed. Robots everywhere in 10 years is possible in some sectors but not really for everyone like smartphones.
AI is present in more places than you think, and while the iPhone only started appearing in 2007, 13 years later everyone has a phone, right? If not an iPhone, then a Samsung or another brand. The iPhone was very expensive initially, and people still buy it.

If you follow the news regularly then besides AI technologies for entertainment like video and image generation there are also Tesla self driving cars space technology wars between nations with advanced weapons devices integrated with AI that process information faster and people already use AI every day to search for information and news or simply ask it whenever they don’t know something.

And now robots are starting to appear in many of the world’s leading countries so maybe within the next 10 years every person could own a robot just like people own smartphones today?
Robots are very costly right now, so first of all they would need to be mass produced. Secondly there isn't such a utopia having them because they could also steal your job and there is a possibility that you will be unable to make any money.

In fact, Japan, the United States, and many developing countries have numerous robots and are training them to improve their performance. Furthermore, other AI systems support our work, such as GPT, Grok, Gemini, Google, Clause, and others.

And without a doubt, this will not eliminate jobs; on the contrary, it will create many in the future.

well said
learning how to use AI with your job puts you at an edge over anyone who cannot.
AI isn't perfect, and without someone knowledgeable in that area, you will never know what is wrong or right. Humans are still needed.
It's true that it's not perfect.

But look back over the last three years and see how AI started and how it has developed today. And imagine what it will be like in 5-10 years, and there will always be other jobs that we can't imagine right now.

With development also comes destruction. With heavy reliance on AI, humans are only going to get dumber. No one wants to use their brains anymore. Now imagine AI replacing even physical work, we'd just have dumb and obese people around.
If you abuse it, then of course that's the case. But if you know how to use it and compare it with other sources of information, rather than relying entirely on it, then you'll understand that in society there are addicts, lazy people, criminals, and also successful, diligent, and hardworking people. So whether it's good or bad depends on how you use it, right?

It sounds like something out of a movie, but look at it again.

Currently, there are people who are overweight, obese, lazy, and inactive, while there are also people who are diligent and hardworking, exercising and going to the gym.

So you can't just assume that AI is good or bad, excellent or not, depending on how it's used.

It's like giving someone $100; some will spend it all, some will save it, and some will use it for business, right?

Humans advance faster and faster with each and every milestone, just take the time it took for us to get from papers (papyrus) to printing, and the time it took from printing to emails. It's only natural that the next advancements come ever faster. But I think our brains can't adapt to all these advancements quite in time
Actually, we can adapt, and I think in the future there will be datasets that can be implanted in our minds so we can utilize them in even more amazing ways.

That's a pretty optimistic take on ai, but it's not entirely out of the question that ai could accelerate progress in various fields, potentially leading to some pretty wild changes, like everyone having a robot assistant in the next decade

@hsoulz A staff member asked you to use multi-quote. Why aren't you?

ai won't replace us, but it will flood (and already doing this) the web with low-value slop . Human creativity and stric t human oversight will become the ultimate premium assets in this co-existance.

@hsoulz A staff member asked you to use multi-quote. Why aren't you?
So does that mean I can only quote and am not allowed to reply directly?Because I don’t know the difference between these two things?

I saw that person’s video recommending people to comment “thanks...”

So if I write short comments like that, can it get flagged too?

Or is it safer to just leave a like instead?

I think the last 10 years already speak volume how fast technology has progressed. Just ask people born at 80 than people at 90.

I live trough era of no internet, to now where everything keep improving and changing by months.

Multi-quote is replying to all the posts you want to reply to in one post, not making a series of unbroken posts.

Just hit reply on all the posts you're replying to and they'll appear in your text box and you can reply to them there.
